I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the hotel. According to my booking on hotels.com, I was entitled to a $16 discount on my drinks or food. However, during check-out, the hotel staff informed me that I couldn't receive the discount because I didn't have the required voucher, which should have been provided to me at check-in but was not. This is completely unacceptable.
I firmly expressed my disagreement with paying the full amount without the promised $16 discount that was included in my booking. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was told that it would need to be approved by the manager and charged to me later, with the receipt sent by email. Unfortunately, several days have passed, and not only was I charged the full amount without the discount, but I also never received the promised receipt via email.
Such behavior is tantamount to stealing and a blatant disregard for the proposed offer and the commitments made to customers. I strongly urge everyone to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.
