Upon arrival I was told I had to pay for an additional room. I had booked 3 rooms for two nights- one of those rooms had a credit for one night. He said I had booked 4 rooms and would need to pay at least one night of that booking because it was not a 24 hour cancellation. I tried to nicely explain it was only 3 and showed him my app with those bookings. He continued to persist I had to pay another night but said he would not make me pay the 2nd night of the 4th booking. I was traveling with friends and went ahead and paid it because I did not want a scene with them standing there and him insisting I pay. COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Then- upon trying to go to the room the elevator was closed for a good 20 minutes while workers moved old furniture up and down on the elevator instead of letting us go up and them waiting. BEWARE!!!
