There was a mix up between Expedia & Intown Suites. I arrived at 6:45pm and the hotel sold my entire reservation to someone else, not just one night, but the whole reservation. There was a clause, not communicated on the Expedia website, that if one does not check in before 6pm, the hotel can sell the reservation. I did not know I had to be there before 6pm. So, finding that out, after the fact, was very inconvenient for my family.
