The reception staff (3 receptionists) not helpful, kept saying that they were going to take care of problems, never did . Manager never got back to us, another promise not kept ..
Family suites suitable for 2 only ! Sofa bed mattress was horrible my sons ended up sleeping on the floor !!

I had to change rooms 2 times before i was content. It was the 4th of July and I wanted a quiet weekend away from the fireworks, and noise. I told the receptionist this, and his solution was to put me in a room by Caltran and the freeway. The 3rd try was okay. The guest above my room were loud. I think people were living there. Unfortunately i will not be returning. I especially hated the$250 deposit that wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com. Also you have to pay $15 for parking. It was the 1st bad hotel experienced in the area I've had. I stay in South San Francisco every 4th of July.
Love the location, property is in good condition and very clean. The sofa is not senior friendly. Very difficult to get out of. Be sure to request for a room close to the elevator if traveling with a senior because it can be a hike. Liked having a dinning table.
The hot water malfunctioned our first morning there, so we had two days of very cold showers. They did repair the issue, but no compensation was offered to the guests. It was also quite loud in our room where we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations. The sleeper sofa in our room had a very uncomfortable mattress, my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The staff was very friendly, especially the kind folks working the breakfast.
