Overnight trip and was very nice. Hotel staff very nice. Check-in was easy and with no issue. Food at breakfast could've been better but Dennys is in same parking lot
Not sure why i had concerns about staying at a Best Western. This hotel was clean and quiet (which was a surprise considering it's a cross the road from a major amusement park and was packed with families). Breakfast was great. Plenty of food even though it was busy and i appreciated that there was some healthier options including low or zero sugar options. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in the area with my family, and when i combine quality, value, convenience, and room size this property has been the best one by far. I don't expect 5 star resort service for the price I paid, but they definitely over deliver when you consider that it was the best value avaliable. I will definitely stay again when we return to Magic Mountain
I have stayed at the hotel numerous times and have always been satisfied. The staffis fantastic and very helpful. We had a great vacation because we stayed there
Did an overnighted so that we could visit Six Flags two days. Check in was super easy. Here is why I did not give your hotel 5 stars. My 12 year old showered after our water park visit. When he was done, he said that the water was really hot and he could not cool it down. I went in next with my 2 year old and I couldnât fill the bath because it was only piping hot water coming out of there. Luckily I had souvenir cups so I filled those up from the sink and had to give my kid a quick rinse that way. I contacted front desk and was only told someone would check the boiler. I took a shower the next morning, same thing. I ended up rinsing my hair in the sink. They sent someone over to check and then the manager came and my husband said it was fine cause he just needed to shower and leave. That was a huge inconvenience.
