I had booked a double room with double bed and specified a bathtub as it was available on the site. They put me in a room with twin beds, no bathtub.
When I said so, I was told to try the next day after checkouts because the hotel was fully booked.
The next day, the receptionist was the most unfriendly telling me changing was not possible. When I asked then for a double bed blanket, as the single one are small. Again, I’ve been answered that the hotel does not do double bed blankets.
The wifi is announced to be high speed, but I had no connection in the room.
To sum up, unfriendly service, non respect of my booking and no help to make it up.
