There were so many questions I had about navigating around the island. EVERYONE I spoke to were helpful and made sure I understood the directions. The quality of service, cleanliness of the room, and overall friendliness of the employees were excellent. It was a pleasure to stay and the Residence.
Our stay was nice. Not enough towels but we took extras from the pool area. The pullout sofa mattress was thin but to be expected. We loved having the kitchen amenities.
Booked a king suite with roll-in shower six weeks before the event I was attending. Was informed 2 nights before my arrival that the room I booked was occupied, and was offered a room with a bathtub/hearing accessible. There were 3 people in the room, one wheelchair bound. When I arrived to check in at 2:55pm was told the downgraded room wasnât ready and I would have to wait 45 minutes. I just walked away because all they said was âsorryâ but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. When the room was ready I was handed slip that informed me of a $12 daily parking rate. I told them to waive it. So booking in advance and paying for a premium hotel was a waste of money. One person couldnât take a shower for the four days, and one person had to makeup and sleep on a sofa bed.
