The room was small, but clean. The shower had strong hot showers. That's all that really matters to me. Outside of the rooms, the hallways had seen better days. The elevator worked when I checked in, but was out of order when I checked out. The restaurants around the corner were all good. That's definitely a plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price I paid, and the comfort and the cleanliness of the room.

One of its biggest advantages is the price, plus it’s conveniently located near everything in the city. They provide basic essentials like an iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The rooms are not very big, but if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, it works well. As for the disadvantages, the room does not have a microwave, refrigerator, and the TV is quite small. However, I was happy to find that they have a small lobby area where guests can stay, with access to a microwave, tables, and chairs for eating. The front desk staff are also very nice and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay.

Just what I was looking for at an affordable price. The District Hotel is an easy less than 1 mile walk from the convention center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There are a number of excellent Thai restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel room has everything you need for a comfortable night stay. I was even able to stretch out on my yoga mat in the second smallest room. The shower was a good size with plenty of hot water. The bed had white bedding, multiple pillows and was comfortable. My one recommendation to guests would be to bring body lotion and maybe ear plugs (I did not need mine, but was prepared if I did).
