Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 2.20 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.10 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 3.10 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.60 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 15 per person
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 33 per vehicle (one way)
• Cruise ship terminal shuttle, ferry terminal shuttle, and train station pick-up service is offered for an extra charge
• Area shuttle and casino shuttle service is offered for an extra charge
• Spa access is available for an extra charge of EUR 15 per night

Children & extra beds

• In-room babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 15.0 per night
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 25 per accommodation, per day

Parking

• Self parking costs EUR 15 per day

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool
• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
