Beautiful hotel, the amenities are superbe, rooms a little on the smaller side but very comfy and cute. It gets extra busy on holidays but the hotel staff made sure we could still enjoy the installations.
Love the location and ambiance of the room. Miss the Cherry Circle Room which was my favorite dining and drinks part of the hotel on my last visit. Cindy's is nice with a great view and great food, but not as intimate and stylish as the Cherry Circle.
This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The rooms were very hot & muggy with hardly any light (the windows open to a very narrow alleyway). In-room thermostat does not work and was stuck at 71 degrees our entire visit. Accommodations were cramped, bed was hard, elevator took between 7-10 minutes to be called which made us late two days in a row.
The common areas are very nice, but I will not stay here again.
Overall the property had what my family and I were looking for - location. The hotel has an old charm to it and it was always busy and full of guests and non guests. We stayed in a corner room so we could get as much light we could and also have cloud gate view. The shower was great and bed was comfy. Overall 5 stars but if we didnât have the natural lighting or a good view it could easily go down to 2 stars because the room can get warm quick so itâs best to crack open a window. I believe other rooms have smaller windows and are darker in general.
The valet parking makes it easy to get in/out of the hotel area without stress. $79 a night is expensive but worth it to us. The customer service is top notch and everyone is friendly and professional. The room was clean and well kept. Bed comfortable. The only problem was that our mini fridge wasnât working. When I notified the front desk, they apologized and refunded the $30 resort fee without me asking for it.
