The hotel is very good and i cant fault it.The location is abit far from metro but the Concierge guy Athman and the reception guy Alain very both professional and smiling all the time, they actually made me extend my stay from 2 days to 6 days.

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and i cant fault it all.Receptionist Deki and the others were very friendly. The Concierge guy Athman always smiling and friendly, the new idea of having a shuttle bus to Marina came very handy however its a bitt to early. Would be better if it started around mid day and return at7pm otherwise everything was perfect

The hotel building and amenities is so beautiful. The TVs are old, small screen, bad colors and bad resolution. The safe box was closed and the passcode is unknown and the service didn’t fix it in spite of the everyday’s notifications I made along my four nights stay at the hotel.

A great Hotel overall
So, The Gym cardio Life Fitness equipment is outdated - 3 treadmills only, The one I was using I experienced touchscreen problems, 1 was "out of order" and another a guy came in to use the other one and the noise from the belt just unbelievable. Not sure about the bikes. Housekeeping and maintenance to rooms very slow.

This hotel is the best around the Green Community. It's convenient, very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very well appointed and large. And the wifi is fast too. The hotel offers a copious and varied breakfast and there's a restaurant as well as a big bar upstairs. In addition, other restaurants are available in the shopping centre. It won't take much to make this hotel into a great hotel by improving the public areas which are uninteresting. And for goodness sake, ditch the awful Chinese paintings everywhere, get a proper interior designer to enhance the place and bingo! It would turn good to great. Tip: ask for a lake-view room and you may get an upgrade free.

Beautiful hotel location with very poor management
Although the staff is very friendly, the lack competency with regards to overall with customer service. Housekeeping staff should be trained to do a better job. Toilets where nit clean, fridge contained spoiled food from previous guest. Trash and used plates and cutlery of the guests were was left in the hallway although housekeeping staff had seen it and simply ignored it.
