The staff at the reception (Supriya, Dipti and Aman) were extremely hostile and did absolutely nothing for our early check-in request.
Infact they did not give us the room at 2 pm also which was the promised time. This added to our troubles.
The checkin was a nightmare especially because of rude unprofessional and hostile behaviour of Supriya Baghi. She should be fired immediately if you really want to save the Taj brand faith.
The lazy staff even went to extent of asking us to leave and check in another hotel. This is Unacceptable.
I will never ever stay at a Taj property again.
