Clean, comfortable room- outstanding breakfast, easy parking. The only negative was the outdoor bar, expensive drinks, indifferent bartender, poor service. Would definitely return to this property.

Overall good hotel, surrounded by high rises. Well English speaking staff, good breakfast probably best we had so far, good variety of food, mixed of American and Italian dishes. Bar with drinks and snacks after noon. Location is about 20 minutes from centre of town.

We LOVED this hotel.
This little hotel is a gem. Our room seemed brand new in all ways and super clean. Yet the exterior buildings have the character of a Palermo hotel from the 1800s, and I mean that as a compliment. Great air conditioning. The breakfast is fabulous including the best croissants I have ever tasted, with 4 or 5 choices of fillings. If you need something in this part of town or somewhat close to the airport, this is a winner.

The place is located next to a stadium and offers no noise control and you basically do not need a ticket for concerts, you hear it all. Most employees are just dry people.

A green lovely place!
What a lovely green place in Palermo. The room was big, perfect airconditioning, good breakfast and a nice balcony. We parked the car and took a taxi in to Palermo (it was 39’) for a cost of €40 both ways. They drive like crasy in the city.

Very clean, quiet air con, no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Great space for office work and comfortable bed. Sky tv.
Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers.
Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance.

There is no cover for sun or raining to go to the rooms, and there is no elevator for second level.
Service and other facilities were ok, but I think 4 stars with score more than 8 is too much.

Overall the hotel isn’t too bad. We found a cockroach in the shower, called someone to remove it. When we informed the receptionist at check out, she did not bat an eye, no apologies, she couldn’t care less. Next to the hotel there’s a bar/pub that played loud music until midnight.

Very limited and sketchy parking situations didn’t feel safe leaving property to look for parking or dining. Property has potential but it’s like it’s become the party hotel for young people. Additionally the night of our stay there was a party of about 100 teenagers on a school or group trip which took over the entire facility. They were incredibly loud overnight and they blocked all the walkways in the morning forcing us to dragged luggage across green spaces just to get to front desk.

The lowlights were worms crawling on the unused bath towel and the room cleaner who walked in, all the way to the bed I was in, angry that I had not left the room yet when the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly on the hallway door.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per motivi di lavoro e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, il personale della reception è sempre gentile e disponibile nello specifico LAURA una ragazza veramente professionale e gentile, pronta a risolvere qualunque esigenza del cliente.
La Colazione ottima con tutti i prodotti degni di una struttura a 4 stelle, con croissant buonissimi e una caffetteria ottima, nel frigo presenti molte varietà di latte, yogurt ecc ecc

Tutto perfetto, camera, cena e colazione. Sosta di una notte visto che in partenza al mattino in traghetto per Cagliari. Molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato iniziare la colazione 10 minuti prima per via della partenza.

Hotel ben posizionato,comodo per le varie escursioni, manca un servizio di navetta. Molto pulito, solo un odore sgradevole all'ingresso che collega il parcheggio auto.
