Customer service and food was terrible. Attitude of staff is lot worse than many other hotels in Fiji.

Good but smells of past
Maybe will be more satisfied choosing ocean view room. The garden view was in fact back side view. No lift in the hotel shows the modification and upgrade needed urgently

4/10 Fair

Seen better days.
Clearly well past its prime, this resort has lost its will to live. The bones are good, but it’s no longer particularly well cared for. Our room was dirty, smelled of chemicals, could not be cooled below 25c overnight, and was short of towels and even TP. The picture over the bed was upside down! Drinks and extras were overpriced, the food was mediocre, and the internet access fee was high (everywhere else we stayed charged nothing). Although the staff were pleasant they were clearly overworked: give them a good tip.

theft
Bathrooms needs more cleaning, staff is nice fishing tour set up at the pearl are thieves as they stole our catch for the day on PRASAD FAMILY FISHING TOUR that we booked on the 23rd AM. They took the expensive fish and gave us the cheap fish and said it fell in the water. Plz do look into it.other then that it was a pleasant stay

This Hotel is a 2.5 hour drive from Nadi International Airport. We had a very stay and the staff were all amazing. The most disappointing part of the Hotel was the food. Breakfast was ordinary and dinner was terrible and expensive. We attended a lovely wedding and nearly all of the guests went to the Establishment Restaurant across the road. Cheaper but most importantly better quality food.

The dining room staff were harassing us during the morning buffet. We paid for all inclusive and inquired at least 4 times while we were eating there on the first day. It was embarrassing. Because I am Fiji born Indian, I kept facing discrimination from some of the staff.

The penthouse suite we had was lovely. Clean room and very comfortable bed. The room had 2 balconies and overlooked the pool and ocean. The food in the dining area needs vast improvement. Pizza was soggy and undercooked. Breakfast was only ok. Fresh omelette was the best thing there. The staff need further training in service as they left plates full of food around and didn’t clean up spills on the floor. The glasses and cups we had in the room were dirty and we had to request clean ones. The water was not replenished in our room unless we asked. We found a nice place across the road and ate our evening meals there instead. The setting of the hotel is lovely. The staff were very friendly and lovely. If the hotel addresses staff training around service and improving the food, it will be a great place to stay.

Rooms were very nice while in the new building. Some cockroaches and sugar ants in the room but apparently that’s normal for Fiji. Main pool was closed while we were there so they gave us some coupons to use while we were there. Beautiful view. Don’t do the sunset cruise if you get even the slightest bit seasick! We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay
It was short 2 night stay but I really enjoyed every bit of it. From food to drinks and friendly staff it made my stay wonderful. Lot of outdoor stuff to do but due to my short stay I wasn’t able to do those. Definitely next time. Not forgetting great music by the bar. One of the local was singing all the jams and everyone were vibing to it. I think his name was Tai Tusi

Our stay wasn’t at all bad, but there were a few things that were disappointing. The staff were lovely, but the Resort is a bit tired and we had an ant problem in ours that made the room feel dirty. The food was okay, but not worth what you pay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one or two nights

close by the area. We arrived back a few hours later and went to our room and there were ants in the bed, I tried calling reception but the phone to the desk did not go through so we walked downstairs. told front desk what happened and they were kind enough to switch our room. I asked if we can get help with our luggage, the receptionist said to give them a call, I verified the number again. I called and it did not go through and my husband and I took our luggage down the stairs since their elevator was broken. We spent the night and made the best of it and decided we should try to enjoy the rest of our stay. However, I went to the restroom in the middle of the night and got back into bed and the bed stab me. There was a spring that came out of the bed and cut me on my inner leg. I think I am ready to leave and is so thankful I only book for one night. This will be our first and last time here at The Pearl Resort.
