Good vibes and great service
Very nice hotel. It has an old timey vibe, but it is clean, comfortable, and has very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

GREAT STAY!
Everything was perfect! Room was clean and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate and multiple choices. Pool and hot tub clean. We have already made a new reservation for next year. The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Hyannis

Best cape cod stay
The hospitality was exceptional. The front desk had one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He even wrote a map to guide us around the cape. It was very helpful, great food recommendations as well. The rooms were clean. Honestly one of the better stays I’ve had anywhere. Will definitely come back

I feel like the desk clerks went out of our way to help us find our way around town and to various destinations. It was very convenient to be able to get our Ferry tickets at the Hotel in advance of our trip to Nantucket. Staff was very friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in whether we had a good time or not.

8/10 Very Good

Great location for Hy-Line ferry, this one has free breakfast, swimming pool. Only thing the bed is out dated and bed sheets are old, need to change those. The TV was bad and internet was slow. The maid lost my own wash cloth that I brought from home, carelessly….

Great hotel!
This was an on the whim hotel find. The guy at check in was great! He offered to help With bags, told us about breakfast, offered to bring more towels to our room. Check in guy was awesome 10/10. The hotel is SUPER clean and I'm bad picky. Now listen the tub appeared older but it wasn't dirty, it was just older. I think a lot of ppl would have labeled it as dirty but it wasn't. The tile was so clean in the bathroom I was actually impressed. I've been a Realtor, Real estate investor and landlord for over 9 years so I have seen it all. The owner is actually there throughout the day and in my experience with a hotel or restaurant if the actual owner is there running the place often it is going to be good. This was a great find. There is no laundry facility on site, this was known upfront. There is a laundromat up the street about 500 ft, not sure on the hours. The pool closes earlier. We stayed on a Sunday night and it closed at 9, the hours are later other days I just can't remember what days and times, if that's important to you call and ask. The only thing that I could think of that would make the place better would be chain locks on the top of doors so kids can't just open the doors. My kid is old enough to know better, but it is always a concern.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is clean but a little outdated which didn’t bother me at all for the price. It was walking distance to the shops and a very short drive to the mall etc. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again!

Very helpful and friendly staff
The staff were all helpful, but the two men on the front were superb, both helped with our plan to take a ferry to MV. Breakfast had a good choice, the room was lovely and clean. We're gutted we didn't have time for a swim and weren't staying a second night.

The man at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. Loved having all of the shops nearby. There was a festival by the docks which was nice. The hotel is clean, pool was great but the hotel is older and a little outdated. Breakfast was cold foods and toast mainly. I recommend it for the price especially.

Always have smooth check in. The property manager has the best customer service. He literally ran down to check to see if our room was ready since we were a little early. Nice clean and comfy room. It’s our go to location before we catch the ferry over to Nantucket.

Relaxing few days
Looked for a place out on the Cape and ran across this one. The pics are correct, it is so cute, and the staff at the front desk were amazing. The gentleman that checked us in was one of the best I have ever experienced. Rooms were clean, and nice, and the grounds were in great shape. Pool was good, no warm food at the breakfast, and lack of water pressure in the shower were the only things I could say were beyond expectations.
