Airport shuttle unreliable + Noise from the lobby
I called the hotel when I landed to request the shuttle. I was in transit and had to sleep quickly before my next flight early in the morning and it took more than ONE HOUR before it arrived. The girl on the phone told me it would be about 15 minutes. I had to call her 4 or 5 times to ask if everything was ok and every time she told me there was traffic and it would take 10 more minutes and seemed annoyed that I was calling her... wait, what? Excuse me but who should be pissed?! What I noticed is that the shuttle guy was just too busy going to other hotels... they really should be doing something about it.
Oh, and the room was close to the lobby. During the night, I heard a bell ringing every time someone was entering the hotel... so I didn't sleep well...
