I booked a suite for a week in July via hotels.com that I entirely paid for back in February.
The hotel was fine, very calm, but when I checked out, I didn't get a receipt and then I realized that they charged me a second time 1000 $ and an extra 100$!!!
I called them and they confirmed that it was a mistake since I had already paid for the room , that I would get a refund . To this day they still didn't give me my money back, I didn't even get an apology from them, 1000$ is not nothing!
It is very disappointing, I stayed last year at this hotel and everything went fine but now I'm not gonna stay with them again.
