This is an amazing hotel - I always stay here when in Palenque - it is beautiful, great restaurant, nature is around you - we were treated to the sights and sounds of howler monkeys in the trees. It is also very convenient for the ruins.

Enjoy the stay dislike the Starbucks store

The hotel is super beautiful clean and have the best pools. The restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. They have a Starbucks store but the coffee is not as good as the one we have in USA and the manager was rude and arrogant.

The hotel was well located, easy to reach from Palenque by taxi, and near to the historical zone. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was not very clean.

10/10 Exceptional

The resort is huge and well managed. They have the only natural pool as they have their own source of spring water. The restaurant is big and the food is of high quality. They have a Starbucks, which in my opinion is not necessary. They care so much about their traditions and the planet, No plasticware, it is awesome.

The hotel was really nice. Rooms and pool area were amazing. The restaurant was not good, maybe due to low season. Stuff did not speak English and worked very slow. Overpriced and no good quality. The restaurants around are a lot better.

The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean. The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful resort but restaurant needs attention.

We spent 3 nights and Chan-Kah and enjoyed the sites of Palenque and ending the day relaxing around the beautiful pool. My only disappointmennt was the limited menu at the restaurant along with the quality of the food. The lunch menu was the same as the dinner menu and really only had a standard European European selection. In our opinion the restaurant has considerable room for improvement.

8/10 Very good

Lovely little huts separated from each other, receptionist attention was very friendly, her name was Maria ( joking haha) her real name is Miss Nayalit. The only concern to be aware of is from Maintainance garden people "sneaking" to see whats inside through the back transparent glass. There must be a policy to implement to hotel workers including Security Guard NOT to step in the back of the HUT and specially STOP looking whats inside. There are other ways to go around. Other than that, if you like a quiet environment this is a great option close to ruins with a Superb Swimming Pool and a Starbucks inside (only drinks)! And a great Room Service offering local food :)

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms in the hot humid jungle are air conditioned and impeccably maintained. The food quality is good enough, lacking in local pride though. There should be more showcasing Mayan ingredients and Mayan cuisine. That’s why everyone goes to this part of the world. To learn the culture. Likewise, music played should be local music, not Miley Cyrus, liver her though I do. Play Mexican music . Chiapas music. Mayan music. Pool is warm to hot but clean. Grounds are stunning and exceptionally well maintained. Staff and service excellent. Howler monkeys chant at dawn and dusk. The blues are clearly older than we think.
