We spent the last few days of 2024 till the new year’s eve at this hotel. It was the best experience ever as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool, the food was excellent and the customers service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you and please continue the great hospitality.

Rooms are clean. Food is good. Kids indoor pool in winter is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful.
We used this place as a stop to get on a winter sahara trip but the area, Jasmine, is lifeless and boring as hell. Its a compound of huge hotels and nothing else. Only massive hotels for miles. You have to take a taxi 20mins before you see any authentic Tunisia.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Erlebnis. Schon beim Betreten fällt der gepflegte, einladende Zustand des Hauses ins Auge – alles ist makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend organisiert.
Das gesamte Hotelpersonal überzeugt durch außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und rundum gut betreut.
Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war jedoch die exzellente Küche und der stilvolle Restaurantbereich. Jedes Gericht war ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss – frisch zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Maître d’hôtel, Herrn Semi. Er ist nicht nur ein herausragender Gastgeber mit großer Fachkompetenz, sondern auch ein überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinem Engagement trägt er maßgeblich zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses bei und macht jedes Essen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiter!

Dans l'ensemble, hotel tres correct, Adel le surveillant de baignade est tres professionnel et agréable,on voit que pratiquement tous le personnel ont ete formé ,la gentillesse et l'accueil de rigueur...
Un petit bémol pour mohamed le serveur ,manque de formation dans l'hôtellerie 5etoiles, 2heures d'attente pour prendre une commande et n'arrive pas avouer ses tort(pizza marguaritta piscine)...
Demi pension : petit dej et diner : eau payante (5 dinard le L) au dîner et nourriture de qualité moyennes.
La piscine est au top,
La plage est située a 500 metre et est agreable pour la baignade.

Dès qu'on est arrivés on est partie à la restaurant pour le petit déjeuner le buffet était fermée on a parlé avec le responsable il a dit on n'a pas beaucoup des clients c'est pour ça on a fermée le buffet il n'y avait pas des choix pour manger
