This was one of the nicest Hampton Inn's I have ever stayed at. Very very nice. Service was friendly and food options were great. All walkable. I suggest Maynard's
Everything was excellent except the beds were awful. Our backs were so sore the next morning and we had to drive 4 more hours.
Replace those awful beds and you have an excellent place to stay.
We had an excellent stay. Rooms and common areas were clean and well cared for. The front desk person(s) was friendly and went out if his way to help us and to make sure we were comfortable.
Had to straighten up the beds in my room. Some of the buttons on the thermostat wouldnt work. Room smelt bad and we were placed right by the elevator so we could hear it go up and down. The beds were really firm. There was no lotion in the bathroom. I didnt have the energy to complain or switch rooms as we were up for a family emergency and just needed to sleep.
Friday nights Front desk staff had no personality when checking in and made me feel like he didnt want to be there. Im not sure if there was someone on front desk saturday morning since we didnt see anyone when we went down for breakfast or when we checked out. But it was a place to rest our heads. But i wont be back at this location.
3 night stay with my wife and son. Everything was excellent. The room was warm and comfortable. Shower was nice with good pressure and hot water. Robert checked us in and was very thorough and answered all my questions. We'll be back as our travels dictate!
The gentleman working the desk when we checked in was so very helpful. My husband needed the lift for the pool and the front desk employee really helped us out.
The room was very clean. The bed, pillows, linens and blankets were very comfortable. The heating thermostat didn't work and though the outside temps hovered around 0 degrees F, the room heater could not be controlled so we ended up switching it to AC mode so we could sleep. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the shower glass doors wouldn't slide, and the bathroom light bulb was burnt out. We reported all of this to the front desk when checking out but got the impression our input was unwelcome and irrelevant.
