I went through the "pre-check in" process on-line before my arrival, which was meant to make the check-in go faster when I arrived, but the desk asked for the same information anyway, including taking a scan of my driver's license; which I had already submitted a photo of. Why was I asked for the pre-check in information if they aren't going to look at it?
The hotel required me to charge a $100 deposit when I checked in. This was credited back to me two days later, but this should not have been necessary.
Breakfast included inedible sausage patties and powdered scrambled eggs. I had the waffles, coffee and a banana.
Other than the way I felt treated, the building and room was clean and functional.
