Just spent 3 relaxing nights at this lovely hotel. All the staff were very welcoming & cheerful. Our room was very nice. The bed was super comfy & the bathroom amazing! We ate in the Bistro one night, the food was delicious. Thank you Ellie for looking after us so attentively. The bar staff were friendly with complementary snacks offered. We reluctantly left on our last day but we shall certainly return. 💛

Very clean room, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and service. The room was well designed and had everything we needed. Loved the treat bag bed and bowl for our dog. She was a very happy girl. Plus despite a wedding celebration our room was very quiet all night. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, making us feel looked after from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection, and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and excellent value for money. 6/10 Bien

A bit of a mixed bag. The hotel is well located for shops, restaurants and the theatre. The staff were pleasant and professional. The room however was well below what we experienced in other group hotels. It was located in an extension at the end of corridors and stairs with no lift. It was small with a very low ceiling - only c 10 centimetres above the door frame - and the plug in the basin did not work. The rooms are named and when we gave it at breakfast the member of staff asked if it was our surname - says it all!

This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. A fridge with a bottle of water is a thoughtful addition, the toiletries are Occitane, and the towel are of good quality cotton. The room had air conditioning which was essential during a heat wave. There is parking but it is charged per night. There is a lovely bar and a nice restaurant (French themed) as well as an external courtyard; these provide various options for food and drink. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
