This small hotel is a short walk from Fontana de Trevi and other tourist sites. it is clean and well maintained. When I arrived on November 28 around 7:00 pm, the receptionist was friendly, kind and provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel, the surrounding area, the restaurants, etc. I paid 3 nights but only stayed for one night because I went out with friends and stayed at home. I came back on the second day night to take my things with a friend who was there to help me get off my stuff on November 30th around 10pm. The receptionist of the day was the opposite of the one who received me on November 28 at around 19h. the receptionist on November 30 was extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. When we arrived there he told us that in Italy it is not allowed visits to hotels which is wrong. he asked for the passport of my friend who accompanied me and said if you made more than 10 minutes he called the police. So I got angry and told him that I would call the police against him for insults. I told him I'm going out of my country to go sightseeing, spend my money and allow him to keep his job as a receptionist because without clients the hotel is closing and that's how he behaves towards me? I paid 3 nights and I only slept one night without giving costs to the hotel because I did not use it and I picked up my things to leave and that's how he thanks me? when i told him i will postpone his behavior on Hotels.com and trip advisor he begged me.
