We can't even get into the property. They gave me a passcode for the smart code lock,but there's not even a smart code lock on it. And someone are already in the property, that we don't want to knock the door for any trouble. We tried to call the phone number they gave me, and No one answer my call and text messages. So I have to call Hotels.com customer service to change a place to stay. Horrible experience! Horrible service! Never stay here again!
