This is my first time at this hotel, and it’s got a few things that could be improved. The hallway walls and floors are a bit dirty, which is just my OCD kicking in. The soundproofing in the rooms could be better. We could hear our neighbor like they were right next to us. The roller door to the balcony couldn’t be locked, and I’m not sure why. Maybe it was for emergency purposes, but it was weird. Lastly, there’s no peephole on the main door to the outside. Now, let’s talk about the good stuff. The hotel room is amazing! You get your own washing machine, a steamer for your clothes, and a decent-sized fridge/freezer. Would have been even better if each room had a microwave, because the shared one wasn’t well-maintained. The bedroom has a roller door that separates the lounge, and the balcony is huge. The toilet has heated seats and a bidet, which is awesome. There’s also separate air conditioning for the lounge and bedroom. And for people who travel in winter, the bedroom has heated flooring, which was great for getting up in the morning or for the toilet. Hotel also had a Gym and locker facility which was located on the basement level, wasn’t able to access the rooftop as I think it’s for the penthouse sweet only. The hotel is also conveniently located between two main attractions in Seoul: Myeongdong street market and Namdaemun street market. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and will definitely be back to stay again.
