Very disappointing. Owners clearly spent a lot of money on the building which (was) quite classy but it is poorly maintained....dirty lifts, dirty corridors, smells, rubbish in the garage. Paint damage in rooms and corridors. Absolutely NO service - our TV had a problem, you have to call a call centre (no one on site), they said they would come they never did. Also an 220V Ac socket came off the wall..and they didn't come to fix it. They give you a kettle and coffee maker but NO coffee or tee. The place weird, Feels like someone is managing the hotel with an excel spreadsheet and dozens of sucontractors without EVER putting a foot in the place. TO BE AVOIDED
