I believe there’s room for improvement in several areas. First, the comfort of the mattress in my unit was poor, it was badly sunken, which made sleeping difficult and caused me and my partner back pain. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that WhyHotel doesn’t offer king beds; I was informed that only queen beds are available.
Customer service was inconsistent, while some staff members were friendly, others were unhelpful or rude. I also noticed an issue with the blankets, as they always had some sort of sticky residue on them. The rug in the living room shed a lot of fluff, creating a mess.
During my seven night stay, I was unable to schedule any cleaning service, which I found quite inconvenient. The mugs and bowls provided were too small for comfort, and I had to request a replacement frying pan, as the one in my unit was old and worn out.
Overall, while WhyHotel offers great units, I believe the guest experience could be significantly improved by addressing these issues and better anticipating guests' needs.
