Good location but the rooms are ridiculously small & stuffy. You're not able to work in your room nor is there a decent lobby area to work from. No laundry service either. I couldn't be bothered to ask for an iron as there was no space, already climbing over my suitcase. The breakfast selection was quiet poor and exactly the same buffet selection over the 4 days I was there. Perhaps ideal for a drop and go.

The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was spacious for a family of 4. It had a large double bed, a single fold away and a sofabed too. The location was excellent, a metro just a couple of minutes walk away and plenty of great restaurants options nearby.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Check-in staff were friendly. The highlight was breakfast, which had a really wide range of foods from cooked breakfast to cereals, breads and cold meat and cheeses. The location was fantastic, within half an hour's walk of all the big sights and near plenty of transport options (including to get to the airport). Would stay there again if i was visiting Berlin again.
