Staff was courteous. Breakfast had many options, although high-end fruits such as mango, passion fruits were not provided. There was no juice/smoothy station and no omelette station, although servers could bring items upon request. Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread.
Some room amenities were dated. For instance, curtain needs to be pulled (not automated), bed-side lamps are outdated with hard switches. Bathroom and toilet doors hinder the access to wash basin.
Location of hotel is at a crowded crossing and downstairs cafe was exorbitantly expensive. Restaurants didn't have a dress code and some customers showed up for breakfast in filthy outfits. Overall, hotel is exorbitantly priced for the service we received.
