This hotel was a disaster . Starting with an Indian man at the reception who was a complete sexist.
1. Upon my arrival at the reception , there was no greeting, no please, no thank you, nothing.
2. Room lacked one pair of towels, so I went back to ask for them. I had to walk t with him over the whole courtyard to the room where they store them to get them.
3. My daughter wanted to take shower first and upon opening the shower door found a filthy wet towel on the ground and bunch of hair in the faucet. This time my husband went with me to the reception and the guy immediately changed the tone of the conversation and promise to clean the shower. He came, stepped on the floor towel with his dirty shoes in order to clean the shower and then left. We had to now ask for the floor towels.
4. I also pointed out to him that one of the bed reading lights does not work as it was broken.
5. The bathroom was moldy and equipped with dirty towels.
6.In the morning , the same receptionist stood outside when I wanted to return the keys. Again no greeting, no thank you for staying , no apologies for dirty bathroom and of no possibility to exchange the room. Nothing. We all were extremely disappointed as we paid $252 for a rude reception, dirty room and laud neighbors. Never again.
