Combersome stay
Checked in just before receptions Sunday closing at 13:00. Was informed that our room was not ready but got another room instead and made sure to ask receptionist if it was same type of room as booked and the answer was yes! We had booked a deluxe room and when entering the room we found out that the toom we had been given was a standard room. We therefore had to wait till 18:00 when the reception reopened to claim the right tipe of room. We were told that the room we had been given was a deluxe room. 'We had therefor to argue that the room given corresponded to the photos of a standard room posted at Hotels.com and not that of a deluxe room, so we requested the receptionist to check posted Photos on Hotels.com. We won the battle and got moved the right type of room and which corresponded to a deluxe room as posted on Hotels.com. So Watch up when you check in at this hotel that you get the room you have booked and paid for.
