Cute spot. Clean and very newly and lovingly renovated. Quiet small hotel. Only had a photo of the nâespresso somehow. Close to river which is stunning.
Was close to the train station a 5 minute walk with nice sidewalks. Location was great could walk to old town in 25 minutes or transit is close by. Area felt safe to walk and there are lots of food choices in a 10 minute walking area. Bed was firm and bedding/ towels in good shape. The only issue we had were the pillows...to soft felt either used alot or cheap. Hotel itself is in good shape and the sauna on 4th floor is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and definetly recommend it.
Issue with check-in and check-out. Parking is not really ideal, had to pull up outside on the street to unload luggage because there really is no place to park
I gave the front desk person my license plate number as requested when I checked in. When I checked out there was confusion about payment/parking. I paid then left and when I went to leave the parking garage, I had to pay again to get out so I had to park in an inconvenient location to go back in where the front desk lady seemed confused as to why I paid again and didnât just call her. She then asked if I gave the night front desk person my license plate number, to which I replied I did. Meanwhile I had to explain that it isnât convenient to sit in the parking garage to call nor to have a convenient place to park.
Eventually the extra parking fee was credited back but I spent an extra 15 minutes of my day trying to sort it out.
