Room was large and well appointed. Check in was available on our late arrival into DBX. Close to airport which is fantastic. We made use of the washing machine in the apartment. It is a short walk down to the Festival Mall, or you can use the transfer bus the hotel offers. The walk there is nice down past all the new coffee bars and eateries along the water front.
Hotel staff very polite and helpful. We also made use of the indoor and out pool - there is a small children's pool indoors.
Breakfast was good, although is very busy.

Staff was incredible, especially front desk. They were extremely accommodating. The 3 bedroom suite was grand. It could use a deep carpet/upholstery clean to remove old stubborn stains, but overall, the property was lovely. The restaurant called 17 Above, was absolutely incredible.

We had a amazing experience during our stay. The staff was kind enough to upgrade us for larger suite since our room was not ready at the time we arrived at the hotel. It is located in a very convenient location in the festival city. The view from the room was great. My kiddo really enjoyed it. Entire hotel staff was very helpful and respectful. Rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast offered verity of food options for everyone. I would definitely stay in the Intercontinental residence in my next visit.
