The hotel is located at a corner between the Seoul City Hall and to various establishments. Very near to all amazing restaurants and cafes. There are convenient stores like 7-eleven & American fast food chain like McDonald’s, coffee bean, and Starbucks within the perimeter of the hotel. Will come back and highly recommended to everyone who would be traveling to Seoul Korea.

Hotel still under renovation but no disturbance to us. The room facilities are new and comfortable. The front-desk staff are nice and helpful. The location is convenient. It is a good price / satisfaction ratio hotel. However it will be excellent if the supply of hot water is stable!

It located at downtown in Seoul. Easy to find and very clean condition of the room and bathroom. The staffs were very kind and easy to keep my bicycle. A little tiny room but I didn’t care cause I was alone. It was reasonable price however it’s in the middle of the downtown in Seoul. Wanna stay here one more time if I visit in Seoul.

The room was spacious but dated. We arrived 15-30 min before check-in and the front desk still made us wait until 3pm to check us in even though the rooms were likely ready. The hotel is located a few minutes from MRT station. The hotel offers to keep luggage even the day before the stay. Wifi connection, bed conditions, shower are good. Shower toilet is available, but written in Korean. Shopping and meal options are around the hotel within walking distance. This hotel is under renovation, so depending on rooms, the facility may differ. I stayed 2 nights with different reservations. Depending on room types, there are quite different. Overall, I can consider this hotel as staying again.

Pros: Very good location for visiting Seoul, within walking distance to many palaces, museums, markets and shopping malls. Some staff speak English. However, cannot help with booking taxi. Fairly well maintained property. Decent size room with kettle, daily water bottle, small fridge and hairdryer. Cons: The ceiling lights in the room did not work throughout our stay, it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower and the washbasin did not drain well.

The property is on a small street. We booked a family suite with loft and that is on theb16th floor. The regular elevator only goes to 15th floor so we had to change elevators everytime we entered and left the unit. The other elevator is the service elevator and it smelled like trash. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It would get really hot and then cool down, so not sure of it was just our unit or if the other ones had same issue but the water pressure was good. The check out is 11am, which seems a bit early. Asked for late checked out and they charge 10k won per hour. There was no clear direction on how to get to the airport bus so walked a bit to find it. The room was clean amd good size though.
