Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!

As there is so much static coming from the floors and dry mops there was bits of fluff. The stand for the coffee/tea was not dusted. It was not obvious as to how to connect to Wi Fi. The TV was too big for the room and the sound would cut in and out of most channels available.

The unsecured WiFi, which required no passage, puts guests at an unacceptable risk in this day and age. Other hotels where we choose to stay provide a secure password protected WiFi. Cleaning the room every other day meant that extra towels, clean mugs, drinking water, all had to be requested.

The affordability of the hotel made the trip possible. Room is small but not squished and makes excellent use of space. Everything is very good quality. Lots of lovely touches like wine and cheese at reception. Very central so a great base to explore.

Great location at reasonable price. They made the trip to Bath possible. The room is small, but not squished, the use of space is excellent. Everything is very good quality and clean. And you are right bang in the middle of city. Lots of lovely touches inside like a glass of wine and cheese.

Staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service. Rooms were clean and bright. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to rooms with windows. Everything was excellent. Be more than happy to stay again. Breakfast was also exceptional 😋

There was a problem with the WIFI, and I couldn’t connect it to my laptop. I was told it was an issue they were already aware of. I couldn’t even use my mobile data because there was no signal inside the hotel. If I had known this before, I wouldn’t have booked my stay there, as I was travelling for work and needed to use my laptop. Fortunately, after some time I managed to connect to the WIFI, although I’m not sure how.... The rest was okay, not perfect, but for the price and the location I think it was fair.

Perfect location. Lovely staff. Comfy room with good amenities. The shower is a bit of a to do, but the water was super hot, pressure was good. Beds are extra hard, but I slept well enough! It was nice and quiet too.
