I booked the hotel online and realising it was some 10 minutes from the airport sent an e mail requesting the shuttle bus. I subsequently received an e mail stating that I should apply for the bus to the same e mail address I had first sent to, quoting the same information that I had already sent. It was stated that I could call to make the request to the number supplied. I called the number supplied but there was no answer. .I sent another email and subsequently received a confirmation booking. The bus was to pick me up at 1600. By 1610 it had not arrived so I called the number previously supplied and again there was no answer. I looked up the hotel telephone number and called reception. They said they would find out where the bus was. She confirmed that it would be with me in a few minutes, and indeed it arrived. The hotel is placed in the middle of what looks like an industrial estate, but it is a new hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and although the room was a little small, it did have a separate bathroom, which is a big improvement from the other hotels nearer the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again ( providing they sort out their shuttle bus communications)
