Very handily placed hotel on the edge of Lostwithiel, a very pretty little town. My room was good, the bed comfortable and the bedding nice. I actually didn't get too hot when asleep like I usually do in hotels. The bathroom was fine too.
The staff were especially nice (just right).
Easy to park too (no extra cost)
I had a great stay there and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I wasnât expecting the hotel to be much as the rate was really cheap in comparison to other hotel prices, but when I arrived I was really impressed. The hotel was in a quiet and nice location, the rooms were clean and comfortable and it had a homely vibe to it. I would definitely stay there again if I was to ever go back to that part of Cornwall.
Really lovely suite that we enjoyed as a family the only thing that would have helped us if there was a lift to get up on the next floor as tricky with having a pushchair and suitcases
We were impressed with the warmth of the hospitality we received at this quaint hotel.
The gentleman opened the pool just for us for a quick dip even though it was closing very soon. The pool was so warm , especially in the pouring rain - lovely fun.
The staff were very smiley, genuine, friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Has a heated pool which you can request to use. It was warm enough to use on a cold day. Handy location with free car parking.
We booked in for 2 nights, however left after night 1⊠The room was clean and basic. However Iâd didnât feel homely or inviting. Not a fault of any particular person just not for us
The hotel was clean & tidy, the staff were friendly & welcoming & the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The only downfall was the couple in the room next door waking us up 12.30 on our last night with loud laughter & talking all the way from the car park, up the stairs & then in their room. Not the hotels fault, but wish some people had more respect for others.
