Great hotel in the heart of city with walking to all the best locations. Trevi fountain is like 2 min walk and everything else is pretty much walkable may be 10-15 min. Staff is so friendly and nice they took care of you either front desk or restaurant. Very nice rooms and especially for family perfect room for 4.

We had an amazing stay at hotel Je Rome and couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff we're brilliant, so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Although our room was located next to the lift we had no noise at all from this. The hotel was located right in the centre of Rome and was less than a 2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. It meant getting around the city centre and all the attractions was so easy. Our stay was superb and we would definitely come back to hotel Je Rome on our next trip to Rome.

Great central hotel with modern rooms and amazing service. The location is perfect! you can walk to almost everything in a few minutes. I recommend a room on a higher floor facing the inner courtyard if you’re sensitive to noise, as street and neighboring room sounds can carry. I personally prefer modern, updated hotels, and this one fits perfectly. Breakfast has a bit of everything. Not the most luxurious, but there’s something for everyone. I would recommend going out for dinner rather than eating at the hotel. The staff really make this hotel special. I traveled alone but felt completely welcome, almost like a second home. They patiently recommended great non-touristy restaurants, and everyone spoke English very well. None mentioned, none forgotten a big shoutout to the team! A lovely bonus is the sauna, which i could book privately for 45 minutes free of charge. It was very clean, well maintained, and wonderful to have the whole space to myself after a long day exploring Rome.

Hotel was nice and centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. It’s definitely a noisy area and you can hear the street noise but it was never something that disturbed our sleep - maybe because we were already so tired though! We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the staff was friendly and accommodating to make sure we were comfortable. We got and early check in and they continued to monitor our satisfaction throughout the stay

Unfortunately, our booked chauffeur was not present when we arrived. We should have taken an UBER. When we received our room later in the day, it turned out that it in no way matched the pictures shown on their website. We had booked a deluxe room, which in the photos has two large doors to a balcony, a small table with chairs, and more floor space. That is NOT what we got. An extremely disappointing start to our honeymoon. The hotel said that "not all rooms are the same"… which would have been okay if the size and standard were the same, which they were not. Additionally, there were large stains on the carpet, the faucet fixture was loose on the sink, and the sealant in the shower was coming off. If you book a room here, make sure you get what you paid for. We certainly didn’t.
