Wonderful stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, teas/ coffees and fresh milk in the fridge. We had a meal there in the evening which was superb! Full Northumbrian breakfast the next morning which was delicious 10/10

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Highly quality white cotton bedding and soft fluffy towels. High end bath and shower products provided. Tea and coffee provided in the room along with fresh milk and cold water. Breakfast was made to order. High quality ingredients with lovely sourdough toast. We had the lovely roast lamb dinner on Sunday. Plenty of veg and roast potatoes. Staff were very friendly too. Would definitely stay again.

The room was superb, tastefully renovated and with everything you could want, including s mini fridge with fresh milk and a coffee machine. Unfortunately it is also on a very busy road so was very noisy. Rooms at the back may be better.

Clean room, staff very friendly, spacious room and ironing board in cupboard, we did have to ask for soap and the milk in the fridge was off but apart from that a very pleasant stay

A clean, good-sized room with plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk in a small fridge. Bed was comfortable. Chosen because we could have our dog with us. The step down to the spacious bathroom was highlighted with flourescent tape to make it safer in the night. The seal on the shower screen needed refixing and the entrance and stairs to the bedrooms could do with a repaint. Whoever had prepared the room had forgotten the usual little gift package for the dog that was part of the deal, but this was rectified by one of the cleaners before we left. Staff were charming, helpful and welcoming. A nice stop-off on our way to the Highlands of Scotland. Warkworth is delightful and we would stay there again.

Booked a one night treat in Warkworth with our cocker spaniel. Been many times but first time at Bertrams. Lovely room facing out onto the front street with a cute little window seat. Lovely big bathroom with walk in shower and great quality toiletries. Comfy king size bed and lots of little extras including a little fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. Great breakfast before checking out too. There isn't a car park at the property but there is free parking less than a minute away or along by the river if its busy. We got parked no problem. Great value for money place to stay in the heart of beautiful Warkworth. Will defo be back.

Great find, as never visited the area before. Very welcoming establishment more of a bistro eating place. No separate area for residents. Small outside area with tables which is nice in good weather, this could be livened up with plants and lights. Rooms lovely, spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ate tea ( Sunday lunch) one of the best I’ve eaten and large portions! Breakfast very good too, with great choice. Loads to do around the area and will be back .

Bloody Marvellous From the lovely warm welcome when we arrived to the fantastic breakfast just before we left everything was perfect. The room was lovely but what really made the difference was the wonderful team. The chefs should be made a saints as they worked miracles. See you all again

Staff Super Friendly In Summary Carpet leading to rooms dirty, carpet in our room same very dirty. Bathroom had terrible odour. Very Dissapointed. The Skylights Glass were layered with dirt and clearly had not been cleaned.
