10/10 Exceptional

Needed a reasonably-priced hotel room in Hudson. Didn't know what to expect from the Navigator, but since it was so well-priced (for night I needed) I just needed it to be fine. It turned out to be unexpectedly good. Room was very clean, well-appointed, tastefully-designed, and with a very comfortable bed. And there's easy on-site parking. If you need on-premises staff to check you in or just be there, this might not be for you. Here, you book your room, they send you a code for access to the hotel and your room. Hotel was very quiet. Saw other guests checking in at same time, then checking out. Other than that, I could've been there alone. The common spaces (I didn't really use) are also very nice. Hotel has maritime theme, and that's tastefully woven through the property. The stained glass windows might not be maritime, but add character and charm. I forgot my toothpaste, and there was none in the hotel, so maybe there could be a stash somewhere for small, predictable needs for forgetful guests. But that's a small thing. It's also a very short walk to two of Hudson's best restaurants-- Feast and Floret (about a 45-second walk) and Maker Hotel/Serre, a few minutes walk. I'll be back.

Loved the vibe here and almost everything was perfect. Very comfortable stay. The Nespresso machine wasn't working but the Keurig was.

Will definitely come back, only this time on a lower floor since there is no elevator to the third floor. Third floor suite is doable for sleeping overnight, but small. Loved being able to park in lot without moving car from side to side on street.

The hotel is in a great location near Warren St. and walkable from the train station. You don't see the staff, but you can call them and they are helpful when you do.

6/10 Good

We had the room with the balcony. That added space was lovely. However there were dead insects on the bathroom sink when we arrived and stains on some of the towels which really made my daughter uncomfortable with the whole stay

Beautifully renovated property, excellent location. Maybe should add some wine glasses and cutlery and bottle opener to the common space/kitchen area.

This was such an awesome place to stay. We went to see a concert at Basilica and we walked from the hotel. It’s also the perfect location for walking Warren Street. The decor was lovely - nautical vibes all throughout. Cute, affordable and great location - what more could you need?!

Room was spotless and above expectations. Bed was extremely comfortable. It is a self-check in facility but talking to the manager on the phone they were efficient and courteous. If you are staying in Hudson, you can't do any better.

The room is clean and cozy. The staff act very professionally and respectfully to the guests and they are also able and willing to accommodate your needs based on request. Everything in the room works and there are some grocery stores nearby in case you want to buy something. Overall this place looks incredible and peaceful to stay, relax, and take care of your own business.
