The overall cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. We were forced to pay again through a Novarooms link to gain access to the property, leaving us stuck between Expedia and Novarooms customer service with no other option but to comply. Upon arrival, the property was in a terrible state, with numerous alcohol bottles and broken glass scattered near the entrance. Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the property, making it even more unpleasant and entirely unsuitable for families. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
