I booked a quick stay in Ha noi and im glad that i found Le Jardin! The location is ideal for me and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful. They treated me like a special guest the moment i arrived. The hotel has amenities that makes it a steal for me.
Cozy hotel in a good central location. Rooms are small and internet and cable channels like CNN, BBC are sketchy or not available most of the time. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is decent. But the silver lining to everything is the front desk staff, who are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. A special shout out to Alice, who was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to make my stay amazing. These kind of special gestures are what makes travel so much fun and special.
This property exceeded our expectations!! The staff were amazing and very professional and helpful . The food was outstanding at both this property and their sister property across the street. We had a problem of our own making and they resolved it so amazingly and fairly ! Highly recommended this property
The staff is so helpful and provide good service. They speak good English. The hotel it self has a great location in Hanoi and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we first came to the hotel we got some Vietnamese yeah while they got our room ready. Recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel breakfast was fantastic catered for my GF. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable.
Rooftop bar for new years was so good. Staff couldn't do enough to help us. Chris was outstanding nothing was too much trouble for him. Great location. We would definitely stay again
Thank you
Lovely spacious room with 2 bathrooms and a living room area. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They are AMAZING!!!!! We also ate at the November restaurant on the 12th floor and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!
The room is clean, responsible staff, great service.
The staff, her name is Alice, she provided me great service and she made my stay so comfortable.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed 2 nights at this beautuful boutique hotel. The staff were wery friendly and service minded. We stayed in a suite which was large and had all the amenities needed. We got to know the receptionist Daniel which was so nice. He gave us many recommendations about what to do in the city. Highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to all the popular places.
Good front of house staff, clean and in an interesting area with some excellent restaurants.
Large rooms, by Hanoi standards, coupled with real windows. The suite didn't have great views, but the room had a lake view.
Breakfast fine, roof top bar lovely, pool quiet and refreshing when we used it.
Great find, close to West lake and near to some good restaurants and Activities. Roof top bar was lovely, breakfast fine.
We used the swimming pool which was cool after a morning of sight seeing.
Rooms are surprisingly spacious for Hanoi, (we didn't try the spa or restaurant).
As everyone says, front of house staff are helpful and lovely.
We had a really spacious suite, which was silent (no sounds from the bustling streets below!). The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - especially Chris, who spent time with us on arrival to give us some really helpful advice on where to visit and trips to go on. It was really appreciated.
The staff went above and beyond what we would normally get from hotel staff - they even spoke with and translated with taxi drivers and tour bookings for us. Would definitely recommend.
