Hotel was nice with a lot of different restaurants and a rooftop. The room was spacious but the design and lighting was a little cold. The rooms could benefit from having dimmable lights and the light bulbs giving off a more warm light. Cleaning of the rooms took too long (a couple of times, the room was not ready beofre 4/5 pm.).

Absolutely exceptional hotel. We are well travelled and this is on of the BEST hotel experiences we have ever had. Concierge could not have been more helpful. Welcome drinks on the rooftop were bliss and the level of service is outstanding. Room was out of this world, every detail was amazing including branded bedding, hand towels, turn down note, coffee machine. The room finishes, the tiling, the wonderful shower, the views from the huge balcony were all incredible. I honestly cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Thank you

Our stay at the Telegraph was absolutely fantastic. We were enamored by all the hotel facilities. Let’s start with the room, the layout was fantastic and we loved the little seating area where we could look onto the Main Street (ignore the construction for the time being!) The breakfast spread was even better. Every morning we would place our egg order then grab some fruits, cheese, meats and tea. Chef’s kiss! Moving onto the gym… we are hardcore workout people, so the gym met our needs. I was able to do the same exact exercises I did at home. The sled, kettlebells, rope, etc. everything I needed! I miss the gym already. Lastly, the rooftop… my friend was tired and went to bed early so I got to enjoy a tea in the evening by myself. That hour was truly one of the most memorable hours of my life. I sipped my tea, looked at the stunning view, and thought to myself how lucky am I. My life choices brought me to the very spot and I was so proud of that. Thank you for the best stay, I truly love Georgia and will be back soon!

Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave it!

Service is bad at this new and beautiful hotel. Food in the restaurant came BURNT AND my husband's entree arrived when other guests were on their desserts. Reception staff needs training on 'welcoming.' Paid for the Club Lounge but there none. Club Lounge included some evening snacks in the hallway couch area.
