staff failed to offer a welcome drink at check
the staff were not wearing their name badges at reception and some in the restaurant.
the hotel has a very stringent policy on towels and toilet if we require additional towels etc there should be no quibble.
The housekeeping was ok .
The buffet breakfast was cooked to a very good standard as was the food we ordered in room service .
Punit provided a great service in the restaurant
Service with a smile .
The rest of the staff gave the impression that they did not want to be there . More interested in google reviews .
On the last night we decided to eat in the restaurant and this was so disappointing. The manager Mr Naresh failed to write down our order and got the order wrong . We had to endure a 30 min wait for the correct order. and it did not any soft drinks other than coke . It failed here. We saw him pacing up and down the Resturant but he failed to apologise and no other managers apologised . Very arrogant .
Very rude young porter with a steely stare who wanted a tip !
