Booked this off a wim. What a great little place we have found! Broke up the journey from south to north well and was modern, clean, friendly, quiet and a really good place to stay! Will definitely be staying again next time we have to make the journey this way! Ideal location. Breakfast was really good in the morning too!

Very pleasant stay overall, with a cosy and well-maintained room. The service was excellent throughout — Alex and his team were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a real difference to the experience. The food was another highlight, with excellent quality at both dinner and breakfast. The team also showed great flexibility in accommodating special requests, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that I would happily recommend.

Exceptional staff, really helpful and friendly. Only a couple of small gripes, a toilet seat fitted to match other room colours but it didn't fit the loo correctly so for a stand up wee you have to hold the seat up with one hand. Also the bed headboard could do with a bit of a hoover. Amazing dinner, breakfast and a good night sleep,

The room was not the largest they had but we knew that when we booked, this was our choice as only staying one night - clean and well equipt just a bit of a squeeze moving round the room and more so around the shower room. Booking into the hotel and also getting taken to your table for evening meal was a little difficult on both occasions as the 'reception' is in the bar and staff are busy serving customers drinks - however not a big problem... food was good both the evening meal and breakfast. Not the hotels fault but our room was at the front and near some trees and local birds were very noisy early morning.
