Staff were bright, cheery and helpful. Pool and hot tub are good. The place is clearly very new, it even smelled new in the hallways. We had a sleeper sofa suite with kitchenette with some issues: 1. A squeaky bed frame 2. No bath mat 3. No dishwashing soap and dishes still in there from whenever they were last used 4. A gross smear all over the exterior window 5. There's no light on the sleeper sofa half of the room which is too dark for anything once it's dark outside. 6. There wasn't a mattress protector or sheets for the sleeper sofa and 7. The furniture in the room had an item put together incorrectly. It's a total eye sore!
