HĂŽtels.com website had a failure and placed my reservation for the 14 th of April instead of 14th of June on the 14th of April at 8.30 pm and I received a call from the hotel to ask me when I will arrive
I told them that this was a mistake and they told me to call hotels.com for reimbursement which I did but then they withdraw from this engagement and told to not refund me even though they New I was not there and a mistake as been made and I didnât time any ones room since the reservation was wrongly made on the day
So I canât say anything nice about that place and will not recommend it because taking advantage of customer that explained they didnât got a reservation is not worthy of any other comment
