The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you are instructed NOT to put used toilet paper in the toilet in your room, but to dispose of it in a pedal beside the toilet. I ended up having to make frequent visits to the main reception toilet which had no restrictions. Overall, I found the facilities, entertainment and general layout of the resort underwhelming. However, the buffets were tasty and there was a good selection. But you would get bored of the menu after a week.
