We had a wonderful stay with Azhar dahabiya. The food was delicious and the room was super clean with good shower. The staff were always happy to help and very friendly especially Cucu who surprised us with incredible towel animals every time he cleans the room. Highly recommend if you looking for the dahabiya.

We just left the Azhar 2. The Dahabiya was a great way to travel the Nile from Aswan to Esna. We went for 3 nights. The boat only was on the Nile 2 days. The Sails are not used the pull it with a diesel tug boat. The head waiter Nasser treated us like a 5 star experience. To get to Luxor was 70 minutes. Just wish the Sails were used. Much more personable than a big boat.
