Great staff, who were always happy to help. Very clean and modern rooms. Fantastic location for exploring the city and 5 mins from Central Station. Breakfast is €26, which is on the pricey side, hence it loses a star.

The location is also perfect: one block from the lake, although it's also located on a quieter, off-beat street, and yet it's within a 5 minute walk of the city center, Christmas markets, boat tours, shopping, etc.
